Functional description and technical requirements

The frame and fork system bear the core load-bearing structure, usually using thickened steel plates and reinforced designs to withstand heavy loads. The heart of hydraulic power unit equipment is responsible for lifting heavy objects. The system integrates an overload protection valve to prevent overload damage.

The operation and control system includes a tiller (handle), hydraulic pump rod, and descent control. The walking and steering system consists of load-bearing wheels and steering wheels. Heavy vehicles often adopt a double row load-bearing wheel design to distribute pressure. The wide steering wheels (such as 180 × 50mm) and optimized steering angle (up to 210 °) ensure flexibility and stability under heavy loads, and are not easily overturned.
