Wheel Axle Pins are used to secure forklift wheel assemblies and are critical axle components that carry the weight of the entire vehicle and cargo. Extremely high bending and shear strength, precise diameter and tolerance control, ensure smooth operation of the wheelset.

The Chain Link Pins form the core component of the plate chain, connecting the inner and outer chain plates and directly determining the tensile strength and durability of the chain. High surface hardness, excellent wear resistance, and extremely high fitting accuracy with the sleeve to reduce wear.

The fork frame connecting pin is used to connect the fork and the frame, or to adjust the distance between the forks, and is a key hub of the fork assembly. Usually equipped with positioning holes or locking slots, used in conjunction with snap springs and split pins to ensure a foolproof connection.

The hydraulic cylinder pin and connecting rod pin are connected to the hydraulic pump, piston rod, and lifting connecting rod mechanism, converting human or hydraulic power into the lifting action of the fork. Split Pins/Cotter Pins are a classic and reliable mechanical locking component used to prevent other pins, bolts, or nuts from loosening under vibration. Meets international standard dimensions (such as BS 7724), has good elasticity and toughness, and is easy to install and disassemble.
