Poor quality or unsuitable nuts may cause component displacement, loose structure, and even lead to accidents.

High strength hex nuts have strong versatility and are used for fastening the main structure and load-bearing parts of forklifts, providing a reliable connection for the foundation. GB/T 6170、DIN 934

Lock nuts/anti loosening nuts are designed to cope with continuous vibration of equipment, and are the preferred choice for key parts such as axles and steering systems by using special structures (such as nylon inserts, metal deformation, or double nut structures) to prevent loosening. The flange nut comes with an integrated washer, providing a larger pressure bearing surface and anti slip tooth pattern, which can evenly distribute the pre tightening force and effectively protect the surface of the connecting piece.
