Main types of sealing accessories

Hydraulic cylinder seals
Piston sealing ring: prevents hydraulic oil from leaking from the gap between the piston and cylinder, ensuring stable lifting pressure.
Guide ring/support ring: reduces the metal friction between the piston and the cylinder, avoiding damage caused by unbalanced load.
Dust seal: installed at the end of the oil cylinder to block dust and debris from entering the hydraulic system.

Hydraulic valve seals
Release valve sealing ring: controls hydraulic oil reflux to achieve smooth descent operation.
Safety valve seals: prevent system overpressure, protect oil cylinders and hydraulic circuits.

Wheel axle and bearing seals
Wheel axle gasket: protects the wheel axle bearings from contamination, reduces wear and abnormal noise.

Material and process characteristics

High strength nitrile rubber (NBR): resistant to hydraulic oil, abrasion and aging, applicable temperature range -30 ℃ to+100 ℃.
Polyurethane (PU) seals: high wear resistance and tear resistance, suitable for heavy-duty conditions.
Precision mold forming: precise size, compatible with mainstream brands of pallet trucks (such as Toyota, Junhengli, Ningbo, etc.).
Anti corrosion treatment: Metal accessories are galvanized or chrome plated to adapt to humid environments.
